How to Use Delivery Tiers to Set Service Availability and Pricing

Delivery tiers are a useful tool for setting service availability and pricing for your business. By using delivery tiers, you can easily customize your delivery options based on location and pricing tier. This article will guide you through the steps of using delivery tiers to set service availability and pricing for your business.

Navigating to Delivery Settings

To access delivery settings, you will need to navigate to the admin section of your website. From there, click on the "Locations" tab and then select "Delivery Settings" from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the delivery settings page.

Using Delivery Tiers

On the delivery settings page, you will see a section titled "Service Availability & Pricing". Within this section, you will find the option to "Use Delivery Tier". Click on this option to enable delivery tiers for your business.

Once you have enabled delivery tiers, you will see a dropdown menu labeled "Select Pricing Tier". This is where you can choose the pricing tier that you want to use for your delivery options. You can create and customize pricing tiers in the "Pricing Tiers" section of your delivery settings.

Saving Your Changes

After you have selected your desired pricing tier, click on the "Save" button to save your changes. Your delivery options will now be customized based on the selected pricing tier.

It's important to note that you can also set service availability for each pricing tier. This means that you can choose which locations are eligible for delivery based on the pricing tier selected by the customer.
