In this article, you will learn about the new processing tickets on Cents.
You now have the ability to generate separate laundry and drycleaning items onto individual processing tickets!
To get started, create a new order on the Cents Employee App. Once you have built your order, and clicked “Charge Later” or “Charge Now,” you will see the new printing screen.
You will notice that bag tags and hanger bundles are now replaced with processing tickets. These tickets will automatically separate out your laundry and dry cleaning items onto individual tickets. To customize your tickets, click into “Manage Tickets.” Here, you will see that the laundry and dry cleaning tickets are separated by default. You can move items between tickets or create new tickets which will display on the screen. Laundry tickets will have an “L” prefix and Dry Cleaning tickets will have a “DC” prefix.
Click “Save” to return to the printing screen and print your tickets as needed. You can reprint these processing tickets anywhere you print items within the order flow - from the Active Orders drawer to the Processing and ready for pick-up screens.
The laundry ticket will display the order number, due date, customer name and phone number, number of bags, customer preferences, bag/hang notes, service selected, and intake employee.
The dry cleaning ticket will include your company logo, store name, due date and time, customer name, order number, items that are being dry cleaned, customer preferences, and bag/hang notes.
