Colors, materials, and brands allow for additional notes to be added to services for greater note taking flexibility.
To set up the ability to add color, material, or brand to an order, click into “Products & Services” in the Cents Business Manager Admin section.
Next, click into “Categories.”
From here, scroll down to “Line Item Additional Options” to configure the information settings.
Click or unclick the various options (color, material, brand) that will display in this category. This allows attendants to save additional information for line items on orders.
Once these settings are set up, the options that were set up will appear on an individual line item, bag/hang tickets, processing tickets, and notes about this order.
Once the color, brand, and/or material has been added to this category, these settings will now display on the service order under “Order Summary.”
