Organizing orders by adding them to a rack ensures efficient tracking and retrieval. Follow these steps to add an order to a rack within the application:
Access the Application Home Screen
Begin by navigating to the home screen of the application.
Select “New Service Order”
Click on the “New Service Order” option to start a new service order.
Choose an Existing Customer or Create a New Customer
Select an existing customer from your list.
Alternatively, create a new customer by entering their details.
Add Service Items to the Cart
Pressing on a service item will automatically add it to your cart.
Use the plus (+) or minus (-) sign to edit the quantity of the service.
To delete a service, press the trash bin icon under the service item.
Add Dry Cleaning Services or Products
Select the “Dry Cleaning” or “Products” category to open up a selection of your services.
Click on each service or product to add it to your cart.
Edit Preferences & Special Instructions
Press “Preferences & Special Instructions” to open additional options.
Under “Storage Location,” enter the rack number where you want to store the order.
Save the Order
Press “Save” to confirm the storage location and update the order.
