Organizing orders by adding them to a rack is essential for efficient order management. Follow these steps to add an order to a rack:
Access the Application Home Screen
Begin by navigating to the home screen of the application.
Click on “Active Orders”
Locate and click on the “Active Orders” option to access the order management section.
Search for the Order
Click on the magnifying glass icon to initiate a search.
Enter the order number or customer name to find the specific active order you need to manage.
Click on the Active Order
Once you have found the order, click on it to access more options.
Press the “Preferences & Notes” Button
Look for the “Preferences & Notes” button within the order details and press it.
Enter Rack Number
Under the “Storage Location” section, enter the rack number where you want to store the order.
Save
After entering the rack number, press the “Save” button to update the order’s storage location.
