Processing a new service order after intake ensures that all details are verified and the order is completed correctly. Follow these steps to process a new service order:

  1. Access the Application Home Screen

    1. Begin by navigating to the home screen of the application.

  2. Click on “Active Orders”

    1. Locate and click on the “Active Orders” option to access the order management section.

  3. Search for the Order

    1. Click on the magnifying glass icon to initiate a search.

    2. Enter the order number or customer name to find the specific order you need to process.

  4. Verify Items and Make Adjustments

    1. Use this time to verify the items in the order and make any necessary adjustments. Ensure all details are correct before proceeding.

  5. Press the “Complete Processing” Button

    1. If no adjustments are needed, press the “Complete Processing” button.

  6. Verify Order Weight (If Applicable)

    1. Depending on your setup, the system might ask you to add the weight of the order at this point to verify that the weight intaken matches the weight after processing.

  7. Notify the Customer

    1. Choose to notify the customer that their order is ready either immediately by pressing “Notify Now” or at the order’s original due date by pressing “Notify at Due Date.”

  8. Process Payment

    1. Depending on the payment status of the order, the system might ask you to “Pay and Complete” or simply “Complete.”

    2. Process any payment if necessary.

    3. Press “Complete” to finalize the order.

  9. Confirm Order Pickup

    1. The system will ask if the order has been picked up.

    2. Select “Not Yet” if the order will be picked up later (the order will be saved under “Active Orders”).

    3. Select “Picked Up” if the order has been picked up (the order will be saved under “Completed Orders”).
