How to Process a Product Order

Processing a product order efficiently is essential for smooth transactions. Follow these steps to process a product order within the application:

  1. Access the Application Home Screen

    1. Begin by navigating to the home screen of the application.

  2. Select “New Product Sale”

    1. Click on the “New Product Sale” option to start a new product order.

  3. Connect a Customer or Continue as Guest

    1. Decide whether to connect a customer to the product order:

      1. If connecting a customer, select the customer from your list.

    2. Alternatively, press “Continue as Guest” to bypass this part.

  4. Add Items to the Cart

    1. Pressing on an item will automatically add it to your cart.

    2. Use the plus (+) or minus (-) sign to edit the quantity of the product.

      1. To delete an item, simply press the trash bin icon under the product.

  5. Press “Pay Now”

    1. Once all items are added and quantities are adjusted, press the “Pay Now” button.

  6. Take Payment

    1. Complete the payment process by selecting the payment method and processing the payment.

  7. Complete Payment

    1. Finalize the payment. The product order will now show up in the “Completed Orders” section on the app.
