How to Remove a Service Fee for an Unpaid Active Order

Removing a service fee from an unpaid active order is a simple process within the application. Follow these steps to ensure you can remove the service fee correctly:

  1. Access the Application Home Screen

    1. Begin by navigating to the home screen of the application.

  2. Click on “Active Orders”

    1. Locate and click on the “Active Orders” option to access the order management section.

  3. Search for the Order

    1. Click on the magnifying glass icon to initiate a search.

    2. Enter the order number or customer name to find the specific active order you need to adjust.

  4. Click on the Active Order

    1. Once you have found the order, click on it to access more options.

  5. Open the 3-Dot Menu

    1. Click on the 3-dot menu on the top right to view additional actions for the order.

  6. Select “Adjust Order”

    1. From the menu, select “Adjust Order.” This will bring you to the order builder.

  7. Open the Order Summary Drawer

    1. Click on the up caret to bring out the order summary drawer.

  8. Locate the “Service Fee” Line Item

    1. In the order summary drawer, look for the “Service Fee” line item.

  9. Press “Remove”

    1. Press the “Remove” button next to the “Service Fee” line item to remove any service fee from the order.
