In order to save time on scheduling your employees' shifts, you can use the steps below to complete this process with ease.
The first step would be navigating to the Admin panel from the main page. This can be done by clicking on the "Admin" button located at the top of the screen. From the drop-down menu, click on "Tasks". This will take you to a page where all tasks can be managed.
Once on the "Tasks" page, select the specific task you want to schedule shifts for. This can be done by clicking on the task name.
Next, you will need to select the days you would like the shifts to be assigned for. You can do this by clicking on the calendar icon or by typing in the specific date range in the designated fields.
After selecting the days, you can proceed to the "Select Shifts" section. Here, you can choose from a list of available shift options or create a custom shift for the selected days.
Finally, click on the "Save" button to confirm and save the shifts for the selected task and days.
Your employees will now be assigned to their designated shifts and you can easily manage and track their schedules through the platform.
