Manage inventory directly from the Cents Business Manager.

Login to the Business Manager and click into the “Products & Services” section under Admin.

Under “Pricing,” the product quantity is now clickable.

Click into the quantity to view the inventory log. A list of each individual inventory adjustment will display in this list with the date, change, reason, and number on hand.

To adjust the inventory, click “Adjust inventory” in the top right hand corner. From here, input the reason for the adjustment. The reason chosen will determine which fields populate below.

Once the adjustment fields are filled out, click “Save adjustment.” Repeat this process as needed for all inventory adjustments.

To view these adjustments over a given time period, run the “Inventory Adjustments” Custom Export under the “Reports” section of the Business Manager.
