If you're having an issue with your Sunmi device or Samsung tablet, our Support team may ask for its serial number. It lets us look up the device in our systems and, if needed, connect to it remotely to troubleshoot.
Use this if Support asked for your device's serial number, or you're about to text us about a device issue.
Sunmi devices (POS or kiosk)
From the Home screen, tap the gray Settings icon.
Scroll to the bottom of the right-hand panel and tap About Device.
The serial number shows on the right-side panel.
Samsung tablets
From the Home screen, tap the gray Settings icon.
Scroll to the bottom and tap About Tablet.
The serial number shows on the right-side panel.
Troubleshooting
I can't find About Device.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Settings list. On some Sunmi models it's under System.The device won't turn on.
Look for the serial number on the label on the bottom or back of the device, and text it to our Support team.
