Titanium machines are also known as Platinum and "Quantum Gold" and are, as of 2024, sold only in FLW and TLW configurations.
Please reference the general Penny and Pulse Installation guides found below:
ALWAYS POWER DOWN MACHINES THROUGHOUT DEVICE INSTALLATION.
Alliance Titanium or “Platinum” machines can be identified by their similarity to ACA machines. As of early 2024, Alliance manufacturers only Front-Load and Top-Load washers with this control type. There are two main ways to distinguish them:
7-segment display coloring is white/silver versus the previous green
“Synthetics” cycle replaces “Permanent Press”
For FLW and TLW, follow the respective guides for mounting the Penny device. Unlike other Alliance machines, the 7-pin connector is on a secondary board. The main board is seen below:
The auxiliary board with 7-pin connector is towards the back of the machine, seen below:
Note that FLW and TLW machines need to use the 30-01190 harness to provide power to the device. The 30-01190 adapter will plug in to a black female 2-pin connector on the control board on one end, and the white female 2-pin connector on the 30-01022 harness on the other.
After connecting the wiring harness, the machine must be programmed correctly. This guide describes the process required to use these machines in PULSE/SINGLE-VEND mode.
Relevant manuals are below
