The Pricing & Settings tab for a machine, depending on the model type, will display information about a machines basic cycle pricing and modifiers, as set in the manufacturer backend or on the machine itself. If we cannot read the pricing & settings from the machine, the tab will indicate that such data cannot be retrieved from this machine type.

Due to the pricing information being sourced directly from the machine itself, it is not editable within the Cents Business Manager itself. To update pricing, simply reboot your machines at the breaker and this action will seamlessly integrate the new payload into the Business Manager without any additional steps.

❗️Note: If you have Electrolux machines, you will need to update your pricing matrix as detailed in the Electrolux Install Guide. Once that is updated, notify our support team and we can manually set the new pricing breakdown for your location.
