  1. Access the Application Home Screen

  2. Click on “Active Orders”

    1. Locate and click on the “Active Orders” option to access the order management section.

  3. Search for the Order

    1. Click on the magnifying glass icon to initiate a search.

    2. Enter the order number or customer name to find the specific active order you need to update.

  4. Click on the Active Order

    1. Once you have found the order, click on it to access more options.

  5. Press the “Preferences & Notes” Button

    1. Look for the “Preferences & Notes” button within the order details and press it.

  6. Add Special Instructions or Set Preferences

    1. Here you can add any special instructions for this particular order.

    2. You can also set default customer preferences to ensure consistency for future orders.
