How to View, Search, and Edit Contact Information on the Tablet

This article explains two methods for updating your customers’ contact information: using the Tablet or the Business Manager.


Via the Tablet

  1. On the Home Screen of the Cents Employee App, click on the 3-line menu on the top left of the screen.

  2. Select the Customers tab.

  3. Select the customer you wish to edit.

  4. Click on the customer’s information you wish to update. You can edit the customer’s name, email, phone number, and language preference. You can also add any customer notes or preferences, add a credit to the customer’s account, or add and edit their address.

  5. Update the customer information and click Save.

You have successfully edited your customer information.


Via the Business Manager.

  1. In the “My Stores” section of the Cents Business Manager, click on Customers.

  2. Select the customer you wish to edit.

  3. Click on the customer’s information you wish to update. You can edit the customer’s name, email, phone number, and language preference. You can also add any customer notes or preferences, add a credit to the customer’s account, or add and edit their address.

  4. Update the customer information and click Save.

You have successfully edited your customer information.
