Include a note on a customer's profile that is visible only to internal staff and employees.
In the Cents Business Manager, click into the customer tab on the left hand side.
Next, click into a specific customer profile.
Under “Customer Notes & Preferences” click the “Edit” button on the top right.
From here, edit all customer preferences and include internal customer notes and tags.
Once changes have been made, click “Save.”
Customer tags are created in the Account Settings of the Business Manager under “Labels for Internal Customer Notes” and are used to display as options when creating customer notes.
These internal notes will now display on the customers profile in the yellow box.
In addition to internal notes, also view customers' available credit, rewards, referral codes, and more.
This same action can be done in the Cents Employee App as well.
Click into the “Customers” tab on the left hand side of the screen.
Next, click into a specific customer profile. From here, click into the “Edit” button in the top right corner to add or modify customer notes and preferences.
Internal customer notes will now display on this customer's profile.
In addition to internal notes, also view customers' available credit, rewards, referral codes, and more.
