How To Set Up Loyalty

The Cents Loyalty program allows you to reward loyal customers by allowing them to earn points for each dollar spent at your business. These points can then be redeemed for credit towards an order.

Before setting up loyalty, please note that to enroll a customer for a drop off order, loyalty and split payments both must be enabled. This can be setup by any Cents team member.

To get started, go to the Cents Business Manager and click into “Promotions” in the Admin section.

Turn the toggle on to begin offering a loyalty program.

Please note, all retail customers will start with 0 points. This program currently does not apply to commercial customers.

Next, set the rules for the loyalty program. Determine how many points a customer will earn for every dollar spent. Each point is valued at $0.01 and can be redeemed for equivalent value off of a purchase once the customer reaches the points milestone set in the next section..

To set up the redemption plan, scroll down to the “Redeeming Points” section and enter in the amount of points a customer must accumulate before they are allowed to redeem points towards an order.

Once set up in the Business Manager, the customer will see a new payment screen.

To opt into loyalty and rewards, click "Credit + Rewards Points."

Next, click "Opt in to Rewards Program." Enter your email address and confirm "Enroll in Rewards."

Once these steps are completed, charge the order.
