Loyalty points can be redeemed at the POS or on the customer live link if applicable.

If loyalty is turned on at this business, there will now be a “Credit + Reward Points” option on the payment method screen during check out.

Click into “Credit + Reward Points” to apply credit or rewards towards the order.

If there is credit on this customer’s account, the available fund amount will display in green with the option to enter the payment amount desired. If there is a redeemable rewards value, this will also display in green with the option to enter in the payment amount desired.

Rewards Points can only be redeemed if the customer has accrued the minimum point balance set in the Business Manager. If there are no redeemable rewards available, the amount of points needed until the next reward will display below the rewards points.

Once credits and rewards are applied to the order, click “Back to payment methods” to complete the order payment process.
