How To Accrue Loyalty

Customers must accrue a certain amount of loyalty points, determined by you, in order to apply them to an order.

Customers will accrue points on each purchase. The total points earned per purchase is based on the “Earning Points” rule set up in the Business Manager.

Points are calculated off the order total, excluding taxes, tips, and fees, and will be earned upon order completion. For example, if the rule is 5 points per dollar spent and the customer places a $50 order with $10 in taxes, tips, and fees, the customer will earn 200 points ($40 x 5 points) once the order is marked as complete.

Customers can check their point balance on their live link under the new “Rewards” section of their account area. This will display how many points were earned on a specific order as well as progress towards the next redemption milestone.
