The Cents business dashboards provide a quick and accessible way to understand how your business is doing. The dashboards focus on high-level KPI like sales, orders, new customers, and more!

Sales

The goal of this section is to help you get a clearer picture of overall income.

The sales section shows your net sales and a breakdown of net sales across order types and payment methods. Net sales is defined as how much income you are netting after deductions and allowances like discounts, refunds, taxes, tips, etc.

Note that this is not the same as the “Total Order Value” in the Orders section which does include taxes, tips, fees, and other contributions to the order total.

Orders

The goal of this section is to help understand your order volume.

The orders section shows your total orders, the average net value, and a breakdown of order totals across order types and order status.

New Customers

The goal of this section is to give you a high level understanding of your marketing efforts.

The new customers section shows how many new customers you’ve brought in, their average net value, and a breakdown of new customers across order type, recurring, and promo code usage. A new customer is defined as a customer who has placed their first order with you.

Promotions

The goal of this section is to help understand how effectively you’re leveraging promotions and which promotions are bringing in the most business.

The promotions section shows how many orders have been placed using a promo code as well as a breakdown of the most popular promo codes that have been used.

Products/Services

The goal of this section is to help understand how products and service modifiers are contributing to the bottom line.

This section shows a breakdown of the top 5 highest selling products and modifiers.

Processing

This section shows your online orders that have been submitted and ready for intake, orders currently being processed, total unprocessed pounds, and total processed pounds.

Machines

Revenue by Machine Type - For each recorded self-serve turn (i.e., when someone starts a machine via the penny) during the selected period of time, this is a breakdown of the payment method used to start the machine. this is not an average, but rather a sum total of all turns for the given period.

Total Turns by Turn Type - This represents a breakdown of the reasons why a machine is being started for the selected time period. values here can be either self-serve, full service, technical service, or customer service.self-serve turns by machine type - this represents a view of which machine models or groupings are being used most frequently for the selected period of time, specifically for self-serve turns. it is a way to see which machines customers are using most or least across both washers and dryers.

Full-Service Turns by Machine Type - This represents a view of which machine models or groupings are being used most frequently for the selected period of time, specifically for full-service turns. it is a way to see which machines your employees are using most or least across both washers and dryers when performing full-service capabilities.

Average Turns by Day and Time - This is a heat-map that shows machine activity across your laundromat(s) for each day and hour of the day, specifically showing average values. if you have selected a 30 day window, the values you might see for monday at 8 AM will be the average value for each monday at 8 AM across that 30 day window.
