Understand what each machine report means in Cents.

Advanced Processing Breakdown

View a breakdown of each full service WDF order utilizing advanced processing, including order number, customer name, processing date, pounds, order value, and more.

Machine Turn Details

View a master report that records every turn across all machines, all payment methods (coin, card, etc) and turn types (self service, customer service, technical service, etc). You can use this report to understand each transaction on an individual basis, as well as help customers who have questions about payment issues.

Daily Revenue

View total revenue on a daily basis, offering a breakdown into two key categories: self-serve revenue and full-service/OTC revenue. Notably, the self service revenue includes self service turns, but excludes customer service, full-service, and technical returns.

Average Daily Turn/Revenue

View daily averages for turns and revenue for each machine. This report will display all daily turns and sales for each machine type in a selected location.

Multi Vend Breakdown

Utilization of machine cycle options broken down by machine type. This report will help you understand how many times a washer is started with hot vs. cold, extra rinse, quick wash and any other cycle selection you offer.

Sales by Machine Type

View a detailed breakdown of all sales for each machine type. This report will summarize each sale by machine type, including information such as total machine, capacity of machine, total turns, payment method, and any other cost associated with this machine.

Utilization by Machine

Breakdown of average usage for each machine. This report will display information about the usage of a machine including the location name, whether the machine is networked or not, the connection type, total turns, and more.
