How to Set Up & View Order Internal Notes

Add an internal order note to be displayed on the order notes section in the order details panel.

Internal order notes share the same tags as regular order notes. These can be configured in the Tags for Order Notes” section in the Account Settings of the Business Manager.

To create an internal order note, click into the orders tab on the left hand side of the Business Manager.

Next, click into a specific order.

Under the “Details” tab, scroll down to “Order Notes.” Click into the “Edit” button on the right hand side.

From here, input an internal note about the order regarding details or special instructions.

Once changes have been made, click “Save.”

These internal notes will now display on the orders notes section in the yellow box titled “Internal Order Note.”

This same action can be done in the Cents Employee App as well.

This can be accessed either via the order builder or by clicking into an existing order.

Once the order has been located, click into “Preferences & Notes” at the top of the screen.

From here, click into the “Edit” button at the top right of the Order Notes section.

Enter in additional notes about this order, and click “Save.”

The order processing screen will now also display these order notes on the right hand side of the screen.

The internal order notes will also display on processing and bag tickets.
