Customers can often have more than one active order in a store, meaning they can have multiple orders ready for pickup whenever they come in to drop off or pick up a specific order.
This feature adds a bulk pickup and complete flow to make it easy to identify and mark multiple “Ready for pickup” orders as picked up and completed.
When entering this flow, see any orders in “Ready for pickup” for the current customer. Select any paid order.
If an order has not yet been fully paid, it will not be available for selection until paid.
Click the “Pay Now” button to immediately accept payment. After payment, the screen is taken back to this list and the order can now be selected.
Access this flow in the following ways:
From the customer detail panel, the 3 dot menu now shows “Pickup and Complete orders” and is accessible if the customer has at least one order in the ready for pickup status
After picking up an order in “Ready for pickup”
