Access all calls that have come in through the Cents Assist AI call agent.
Log in to the Cents Business Manager and click into "Call Center."
From here, explore comprehensive call logs and recordings, featuring customer names, detailed call summaries, precise durations, timestamps, and much more.
If the customer does not exist, their phone number will display instead of the customer name.
This information can also be accessed in the "Pre-Built Reports" section of the Business Manager from the "Call History" report.
