Customize turnaround times for category level services and on an individual basis per location.
In the Business Manager under “Locations,” click into the “Schedule” tab to set this up. Store hours and shifts now live under this schedule tab.
To set up a start time for laundry and garment processing at this location, scroll to the “Processing Schedule” section of the page.
For orders that are submitted after a cutoff, this processing time will determine the due date of these items.
Enter the time processing will begin. Either set the same processing time for all days, or select “Different per day” and enter a processing start time per day.
Once the processing time is established, scroll down to the “Turnaround Time” section to set up the amount of time it takes to process each category of service at this location from the time the order is submitted.
Select a default turnaround time in the drop down menu or set up a custom time.
Additionally, set up a cutoff time by clicking the “Cutoff” box. A cutoff time means that for orders submitted after the cutoff time, there will be a due date calculated based on the following days processing time.
For example, if there is a 4 hour service with a processing/cutoff time that begins at 12pm. This means that any order that is submitted after the cutoff time of 12pm will not be processed until the next day when the processing time starts.
This can be done for both laundry and dry cleaning categories.
If a different service needs to have its own turnaround time, do this by clicking into the “Services & Products” section and scrolling down to the specific service. Next, click into the three dot menu within the line item and click “Customize Turnaround.”
From here, set the custom turnaround time and cutoff for this specific service and click “Save.”
These changes will reflect on the customer's ordering link.
