The Service Pricing & Availability settings give you complete control over which services appear in your online ordering flow—and how customers interact with them. You can decide whether a category is selectable as a whole, itemized with specific services, or hidden entirely.
This guide walks you through how to configure these settings for your location, including categories, service selection types, and visibility rules.

What You Can Customize
For each category—such as Laundry or Dry Cleaning—you can decide:
1. Category Selection Only
Customers choose the category (e.g., Laundry, Dry Cleaning) without selecting specific items.
Great for:
Simple flows
Stores doing intake itemization on-site
Pickup-only workflows
2. Itemized Service Selection
Customers choose individual services within the category.
Examples:
Wash & Fold
Comforter
Suits
Fixed-price items
You can also configure:
Single Select – customer can choose only one item
Multi-Select – customer can choose multiple items
3. Hidden Categories
Category exists internally but does not appear on your Live Link.
How to Configure Service Availability
Step 1 — Open Location Delivery Settings
Sign in to your Cents dashboard.
Navigate to Location Delivery Settings.
Go to the Online Ordering section.
Locate the categories you want to edit (e.g., Laundry, Dry Cleaning).
Step 2 — Choose How Customers Should Select Each Category
Option A — Set Category to Category-Only
Select the category.
Choose Category-Only as the selection type.
Save your changes.
This means the customer will simply select “Laundry” or “Dry Cleaning,” and you’ll handle itemization during in-store intake.
Option B — Enable Itemized Selection
Select the category.
Choose Itemized.
Choose Single Select or Multi-Select.
Add or enable the specific items you want to appear in the list.
Save.
This makes customers choose which exact services they’re sending in.
Option C — Hide a Category from Live Link
Select the category.
Set visibility to Hidden.
Save.
This keeps the category active inside Cents but not visible to customers.
Step 3 — Preview Your Changes
Click View Site.
Sign in as a customer to see how your Live Link will appear.
Verify:
Category-only options
Item lists
Single/multi-select behavior
Hidden categories
Note: “View Site” displays your live ordering flow, not a preview sandbox.
Step 4 — Publish Changes
Once everything looks correct, publish your updates so they go live on your site.
How to Update Commercial & Delivery Pricing Tiers
The same configuration options exist for Commercial Pricing Tiers and Delivery Pricing Tiers.
To update them:
Go to Pricing Tiers.
Choose either Commercial or Delivery.
Open the tier you want to modify.
Look for the Online Ordering section.
Configure each category the same way you did at the location level.
This lets you offer:
Different service flows for commercial clients
Different options for pickup & delivery customers
Tier-specific visibility and itemization rulesImportant Notes
✔ Preventing Overlaps & Conflicts
The visibility and selection types you configure:
Must match category rules in your pricing tiers
Apply consistently across Commercial and Delivery Tiers
If a category appears incorrectly:
Check both the Location Settings and the Pricing Tier settings.
