To receive escalation notifications from the Cents Assist AI system, follow these steps:
Log in to the Business Manager.
In the My Stores section, click on Contact Center.
Locate the Notifications section.
Toggle on “I want to receive email notifications” and enter the email address where you would like to receive Assist escalations.
To receive SMS escalation notifications, add your phone number in the Phone field.
Escalations will now be sent via email, SMS, or both—depending on your preferences.
Note: You can choose to receive email notifications for all incoming messages or only for conversations where Assist AI is turned off.
