Customize receipts and processing tickets printed through Cents to match your business needs.
With Customized Printouts, you can choose what information appears, adjust font sizes, reorder sections, and remove or add details for both customer-facing receipts and internal processing tickets.
To get started, go to Settings in the Business Manager and scroll to Customized Printouts.
You’ll see a few options:
Receipts
Bag Tags
Processing Tickets (if enabled)
If you don’t see Processing Tickets but would like them turned on, contact your CSM.
Editing receipts:
Click Customize next to Receipts.
You’ll see the default layout with business information, order details, and customer details in a fixed order.
Use the checkboxes to show or hide sections. Hidden items appear in a list at the bottom of the page and can be re-enabled at any time.
Adjust font sizes for each section to make text larger or smaller.
Drag and drop sections to reorder them. For example, you can move customer information above order information.
Add non-default sections (like customer notes) by enabling them, then reorder as needed.
When finished, click Save.
Editing processing tickets:
Click Customize next to Processing Tickets.
Because these tickets are used internally, the default excludes business information like logo and address.
Add or remove operational details such as customer notes, preferences, and order notes.
Reorder sections with drag-and-drop and adjust font sizes as needed.
Click Save when done.
Customize Printouts in the Employee App:
Store-level customization can also be done in the Employee App.
Open the app and tap the menu (☰) in the top left.
Go to Connections, then select Customize Printouts in the top right.
Choose to edit Receipts or Processing Tickets.
Use the same tools as in Business Manager:
Toggle sections on/off
Adjust font sizes
Drag and drop to reorder
Note: Any changes made in the Employee App override Business Manager settings for that store.
You can also tap Print Sample to preview what the customized receipt or ticket will look like before saving.
Things to Know:
Business-level changes in the Business Manager apply globally unless overridden in the Employee App.
Only receipts and processing tickets can be customized. Garment tag and sticker printouts are not supported.
