What You Can Do With Review Management

Cents’ Review Management helps you monitor, respond to, and grow customer feedback — all in one place.

With Review Management, you can:

  • Connect your Google and Yelp accounts

  • View internal and public reviews in a single dashboard

  • Respond to Google and Yelp reviews directly from Business Manager

  • Track your average rating across all connected platforms

  • Send customers a custom internal review link to collect feedback privately before asking for public reviews

🎥 Watch the Overview Video:

Step 1: Enable Review Management

Before using this feature, ensure it’s enabled for your business.

  1. To enable this feature, reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Step 2: Connect Your Google and Yelp Accounts

To start collecting external reviews, connect your business listings.

  1. From the Review Management section, click “Connect.”

  2. Select Google and log in with the account tied to your business listing.

  3. Repeat for Yelp.

  4. Once connected, your existing reviews will begin syncing.

Note: Reviews may take up to 24 hours to appear after connecting accounts.

Step 3: Customize Your Internal Review Link

This link lets you collect feedback directly from customers and choose which ones to prompt for public reviews.

  1. Go to Settings in the Internal Reviews section → Customize the Full Review Link.

  2. Edit the title, description, and thank-you text to match your brand voice. Click Save.

  3. Optional: Add your logo or store image.

  4. Copy your unique review link and use it in emails, receipts, or Accelerate campaigns.

Pro Tip: Add your internal review link to your post-order emails to encourage real-time feedback.

Step 4: Set Your Review Thresholds

Control which customers are prompted to post a public review after leaving feedback.

  1. Under Internal Review Settings, locate the Minimum Stars to Prompt Review section.

  2. Choose what rating qualifies for a public review prompt (e.g., 4 stars and up).

  3. Save changes.

Step 5: View and Respond to Reviews

All your internal, Google, and Yelp reviews now appear in one dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Reviews.

  2. Use filters to view reviews by:

    • Source (Google, Yelp, or Internal)

    • Star rating

    • Date

  3. Click any review to read details and respond directly (for Google/Yelp).

  4. You can also export reviews for reporting or share summaries with your team.

Your overall average rating across connected platforms appears at the top of your dashboard.

Step 6: Share Your Review Link with Customers

Use your internal review link in campaigns or on your Live Link to collect more feedback.

  • Add it to Accelerate Campaigns (email or SMS).

  • Include it in receipts or confirmation messages.

  • Share via QR code in-store.

Example message:

“We’d love your feedback! Tell us how we’re doing: [your review link]”

Step 7: Monitor Your Ratings and Insights

Review Management automatically calculates your overall average score and review volume by source.

You can view:

  • Total number of reviews (Google, Yelp, Internal)

  • Average star rating

  • Filtered breakdowns by source or rating

Use these insights to identify trends — celebrate 5-star service moments and follow up on negative feedback privately.
