You can save international phone numbers for customers in Cents. Some countries support two-way texting (customers can reply), others are outbound-only (customers get texts but can't reply), and some aren't supported for texts or login codes yet.
Use this if you have customers with phone numbers outside the US or Canada, or an international customer isn't getting texts or login codes.
How to enter an international number
Open the customer profile (or wherever you're entering the phone number).
Select the country from the dropdown.
Enter the phone number. The field formats it for you.
Save.
Tip: if you're copying and pasting, use the format +[country code][number], for example +442071838750.
What the labels mean
Two-way (can reply): the customer gets your texts and can reply.
Outbound-only (can't reply): the customer gets your texts but can't reply. Good for order updates, not for conversations.
Not available for messaging: the number saves, but Cents can't send texts or login codes (OTP) to it yet.

If a customer doesn't get a login code (OTP) on LiveLink
Check the number and country. Make sure the right country is selected and re-enter the number cleanly, without spaces or symbols.
Check it can receive texts. It must be a mobile number (not a landline). Roaming or carrier blocks on international or short-code texts can stop it.
Check the country is supported. If it's not available for messaging, login codes by text won't arrive.
Quick phone checks. Turn airplane mode on and off, restart the phone, confirm other texts arrive, and check spam or blocked messages.
Still failing? Text our Support team with the number and country code, the country selected in LiveLink, the time and time zone, a screenshot of the error, and whether the number is mobile, landline, VoIP, roaming, or dual-SIM.
Troubleshooting
Can I save a number that can't receive texts?
Yes. It will be marked as not available for messaging.The customer can't reply to texts.
That's expected for outbound-only countries. Call or email them, or ask for a two-way supported number.
