What is Dispatch?
Dispatch is a new area in Business Manager where you can manage your delivery operations—create routes, manage stops, and plan ahead. It’s designed to help you build and adjust driver routes more efficiently.
Where to find Dispatch
Open Business Manager
Go to My Stores → Dispatch
What you’ll see
A map-first (map-forward) view showing your store and delivery area.
A Stops view to see stops relative to the map.
A location switcher to change which store/location you’re viewing.
Arrow controls to look ahead up to 7 days and plan future routes.
What you can do in Dispatch
Create routes (including future routes up to 7 days ahead).
Add/remove stops, reorder stops, and optimize routes for traffic.
Track what’s happening in real time via Live Routes
