These updates help operators run WashLynx on shared tablets and get more detail out of LaundroPortal reporting.

If your team shares tablets instead of using personal phones, you can hide Account Settings so employees cannot change the account holder's credentials. A permission controls whether a team member can view Account Settings at all.

In LaundroPortal, open the team member's permissions.

Turn off the permission that allows viewing Account Settings.

Save. On shared tablets, those team members no longer see Account Settings, so they cannot change credentials.

Note: Clock in and clock out live under Account Settings, so make sure team members who need to clock in and out keep the right access.

See the Machine Start Purpose on the Card-Tracker report

The Card-Tracker report in LaundroPortal now shows the Purpose of each machine start, based on what the user reported, alongside the machine start reason.

In LaundroPortal, open the Card-Tracker report.

Review the Purpose column to see what the user reported for each start.

1. In LaundroPortal, open the Card-Tracker report.
2. Locate the machine start entries.
3. Review the Purpose column to see what the user reported for each start.

This information is also planned for the Reader-Logs report.
