In this article, you will find instructions on how to pull a Refunds report.
Start by opening your Cents Business Manager, and navigating to the Reports section. From here, you will be able to generate a Refunds report by selecting “Pre-Built Reports”; then, selecting “Refunds” from the ‘Report Type’ drop-down menu; and finally, applying any filters for locations and/or reporting periods, if needed. Additionally, you can decide whether you want to include successful or pending refunds in the report. Once parameters are set, click “Send Report.”
You will receive an email with a report breakdown. This report will include:
Refund Creation Date
Order Code
Location Name
Refund Amount
Payment Method
Payment Employee
Reason
Current Status
Last Updated Date
Refund Provider
