In this article, you will learn how to manage your driver stops in the Cents Driver App. This feature was developed to give Operators and Route Managers additional flexibility to move stops between windows before Drivers build their routes.

To get started, make sure you are on the most updated version of the Driver App.

Once you are logged in, click into the hamburger menu on the left hand side of the app home screen.

From the Hamburger menu on the Driver App home screen, you will see a “Manage stops” option. Click “Manage stops.”

This option is only available for users that have the “Manage” toggle enabled in the Business Manager. Business owners should also have this access. When clicked, the manager is presented with all stops. The manager can view in “List view” or “Map view,” as shown below. If the driver selects “List view,” the stops are grouped by route windows. If the driver selects “Map view,” the stops are pinned on a map.

From this view, you can toggle between today or tomorrow with the tabs at the top of the screen and manage the stops on either of those days.

You can click the filter button at the top right to curate the stops that are shown.

When you click into “Filter stops,” all options are selected by default. Choose the filters you would like to set and click “Apply.”

Reassign to Different Window

You are now presented with the “Reassign Stop” screen, where you can select which window you’d like the stop(s) to be assigned to.

Choose the window you would like to reassign the stop(s) to and click “Reassign.”
