In this article, you will learn how to view live routes in the Cents Driver App. This feature was developed to give Operators and Route Managers visibility of all live routes in progress while drivers are on their routes.

To get started, make sure you are on the most updated version of the Driver App.

Once you are logged in, click into the hamburger menu on the left hand side of the app home screen.

From the Hamburger menu on the Driver App home screen, you will see a “Live routes” option.

When clicked, you are presented with a list of all the live routes currently in progress.

When “View route” is clicked for a card, the selected live route screen is displayed (shown below). You will now be able to perform the same actions as the driver.
