Per LB modifier: charged by weight, for example a lavender scent at $0.25/lb. Only available on per-pound services like wash and fold.

Per unit (fixed price) modifier: a flat price, for example a $5.50 stain treatment. Available on any service.

In Cents Business Manager, go to Admin > Products & Services and open Laundry Services or Dry Cleaning.

Click the service you want to add a modifier to (for example, Wash & Fold), then click Choose Modifiers. Wash and fold services show both per pound and per unit modifiers. Fixed price services only show per unit modifiers.

Click Add New Modifier.

For a per pound modifier, open the Per LB Modifiers tab, enter the name, make sure Modify per lb is selected, and enter the price per pound.

For a per unit modifier, enter the name and the fixed price.

Click Save.

On the modifier screen, check the box next to each modifier for the services that should offer it. Unchecked modifiers stay hidden from your team and customers.

Checked modifiers show under the service when you create orders in the Cents Employee App and on the customer's LiveLink.

Modifiers show in the Employee App and LiveLink in the order you created them.

A modifier only appears on the services you've checked it for.

A modifier isn't showing at intake.
Open the service, click Choose Modifiers, and make sure the modifier is checked.

I can't add a per pound modifier.
Per pound modifiers only work on per-pound services like wash and fold. Use a per unit modifier for fixed price services.

Modifiers are in the wrong order.
They appear in the order you created them. Text our Support team if you need help reordering.
