Bulk coin collection gives users the ability to clear the value of coins collected on a machine paired to a Cents Connect device, and report on the relevant collections.

To do so, log into the Cents Business Manager and click into machines.

The “Coin Ledger” tab will display the current coin value and the historical coin collected times in both washers and dryers.

To reset the coins, click into “Reset coins” and a modal will pop out with the option to enter in more information and notes about this collection, including actual amount collected.

Bulk collection for more than one machine can be completed by clicking into the dollar sign on the machines list..

A pop out will display with the option to select which machines need to be collected. By default, all machines are unselected, and can be displayed in the list by machine number or by machine type. Proceed by clicking “Next.”

Enter in any information and notes about this collection and click “Reset coins” to reset the value to zero.

A report of these actions can be emailed to the business owner or pulled by accessing the “Coin Collection Report” in the reports section of the Business Manager.

This report will display information regarding the coin collection, such as machine type, date/time, value collected, coin count collected, and more.
