Bulk coin collection gives users the ability to clear the value of coins collected on a machine paired to a Cents Connect device, and report on the relevant collections.

Coin collection management can be performed from both the Cents Employee App and the Business Manager.

To manage coin collection from the Employee App, login to the app.

Click into the hamburger menu of the Employee Application home screen and click into “Machines.”

The machine details screen will now include a “Coin Ledger” tab, which will display the current coin value in the machine and the history of coins collected.

The same will display for dryers.

To reset on an individual machine, click into “Reset coins” at the top of the coin ledger page.

Now, enter in any details associated with this coin collection, such as actual amount collected and notes about this specific coin collection.

Clicking reset coins will reset the coin count to 0, and the value to $0 on this machine.

All coin collections performed from the employee application will automatically send a coin collection report to the owner’s email upon completion.

To perform a bulk coin collection for more than one machine, simply click on the dollar sign button in the top right corner of the machines list.

This button will show all of the machines that are available to collect coins from. It will automatically select all the machines available, but the list can be organized by machine number or machine type. Easily deselect machines by clicking into the checkbox next to each line item.

Clicking “Next” will clear the coin collection value and reset it to zero. This will also trigger a report to send to the business owner with all of the details regarding the coin collection.
