How to Turn on Weight Tracking Options
Weight tracking is a useful feature that allows you to keep track of your weight over time. By turning on weight tracking options, you can easily monitor your progress and make adjustments to your health and fitness routine.
Accessing Weight Tracking Options
To access weight tracking options, follow these simple steps:
Go to account settings
Click into weight tracking
Once you have reached the Weight Tracking section, you will see four different weight options to choose from.
Choosing Your Weight Tracking Options
There are four weight tracking options available.
Choose the option that best suits your needs by clicking on the corresponding button.
Enabling Your Weight Tracking Options
After selecting your preferred weight tracking option, click on the "Save" button to enable it. You can also enable multiple options if you wish to track your weight in different units.
Once your options are saved, you will be able to see your weight tracking data on your account page. You can update your weight as often as you like to keep track of your progress.
