How to Cancel a Pickup

Canceling a pickup is easy and can be done in just a few simple steps. Follow the instructions below to learn how to cancel a pickup using the Stop Details Screen.

Step 1: Access the Stop Details Screen

To begin, you will need to access the Stop Details Screen. This can be done by clicking on the stop you wish to cancel the pickup for.

Step 2: Click the Red ! Icon

Once you are on the Stop Details Screen, locate the Red ! icon and click on it. This will bring up a menu with various options.

Step 3: Select the Applicable Reason

In the menu that appears, select the reason for canceling the pickup. This will help us better understand why the pickup is being canceled.

Step 4: Cancel the Pickup

After selecting the applicable reason, click on the "Cancel Pickup" option. This will confirm your cancellation and the pickup will be removed from your schedule.
