How to Cancel a Delivery

If you need to cancel a delivery, you can easily do so by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Access the Stop Details Screen

First, you will need to access the Stop Details Screen. To do this, click on the Stop Details Screen button located in the top right corner of your screen. This will open up the Stop Details Screen.

Step 2: Click on the Red ! Icon

Once you have accessed the Stop Details Screen, you will see a red ! icon. Click on this icon to proceed with cancelling the delivery.

Step 3: Select the Applicable Reason

After clicking on the red ! icon, a pop-up window will appear. Here, you will need to select the applicable reason for cancelling the delivery. This will help us improve our services in the future.

Step 4: Cancel the Delivery

Finally, click on the "Cancel Delivery" button to confirm the cancellation. Your delivery will now be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation message.
