How to Complete a Delivery
Completing a delivery is the final step in the delivery process. Once you have delivered the order to the customer, you will need to complete the delivery in the app. This will notify the customer that their order has been delivered and allow you to move on to your next delivery.
Step 1: Click into Stop Details Screen
To complete a delivery, you will first need to click into the Stop Details Screen. This screen will provide you with all of the information you need about the delivery, including the customer's address and any special instructions they may have provided.
Step 2: Click "I left it at the Customer's Door"
Once you are on the Stop Details Screen, you will see a button that says "I left it at the Customer's Door." Click this button to indicate that you have delivered the order to the customer's door.
Step 3: Take a Photo
After clicking the "I left it at the Customer's Door" button, you will be prompted to take a photo. This photo will serve as proof of delivery and will be shared with the customer. Make sure to take a clear photo of the order at the customer's door.
Step 4: Complete Delivery
Once you have taken the photo, you can click the "Complete Delivery" button to finish the delivery process. This will notify the customer that their order has been delivered and allow you to move on to your next delivery.
