How to Mark an Order as “unable to Deliver”

Learn how to mark an order as unable to be delivered/completed.

To cancel an order, locate the three dot menu in the upper right corner, and then click “Cancel Pickup”:

You will then be asked why the pickup failed, and you can select from the two options below, “Customer requested cancellation” or “Customer wasn’t home”

After selecting what the reason for the Failed Pickup was, click the “Cancel Pickup” button.

The app will mark this order as “Could Not Pickup” and proceed to the next order on the route.
