How to Call a Customer from the Stop Details Screen
When you are on a stop, you may need to call the customer for a variety of reasons. This can be done easily from the Stop Details Screen. Follow the steps below to learn how.
Step 1: Click into the Stop Details Screen
The first step is to click into the Stop Details Screen. This screen provides all the information you need about the stop, including the customer's contact information.
Step 2: Click the Phone Icon
Once you are on the Stop Details Screen, you will see a phone icon next to the customer's phone number. Click on this icon to initiate the call.
Step 3: Call the Customer
After clicking the phone icon, your phone will automatically dial the customer's phone number. You will then be connected to the customer and can proceed with your call.
