How to View and Reprint Completed Orders

Viewing and reprinting completed orders is straightforward within the application. Follow these steps to ensure you can access and print the necessary receipts:

  1. Access the Application Home Screen

    1. Begin by navigating to the home screen of the application.

  2. Click on “Active Orders”

    1. Locate and click on the “Active Orders” option to access the order management section.

  3. See Completed Orders

    1. Within the “Active Orders” section, select the option to view completed orders.

  4. Locate the Service or Product Sale

    1. Find the specific service or product sale you need to reprint.

  5. Click on the Printer Icon

    1. Click on the printer icon next to the completed order you wish to reprint.

  6. Select Printing Options

    1. Choose between printing a receipt, a bag ticket, or both, depending on your needs.

  7. Press “Print”

    1. After selecting your printing options, press the “Print” button to generate the receipts.
