How to Reprint an Active Order

Reprinting an active order is simple within the Cents application. Follow these steps to ensure you can quickly reprint the necessary documents:

  1. Access the Application Home Screen

    1. Begin by navigating to the home screen of the application.

  2. Click on “Active Orders”

    1. Locate and click on the “Active Orders” option to access the order management section.

  3. Search for the Order

    1. Click on the magnifying glass icon to initiate a search.

    2. Enter the order number or customer name to find the specific active order you need to reprint.

  4. Click on the Printer Icon

    1. Once you have found the order, click on the printer icon next to it.

  5. Select Printing Options

    1. Choose between printing a receipt, a bag ticket, or both, depending on your needs.

  6. Press “Print”

    1. After selecting your printing options, press the “Print” button to generate the document.
