Omnisearch enables employees to simply type and find a customer in the Cents Employee App without having to take extra steps.

In the customer selection screen of a new order, search for a customer by name, phone number or email address.

Once typing begins, the search results dropdown will recognize a customer's profile based name, phone number, or email address of that particular customer.

The found text is highlighted in bold in the list.

Once the customer is found, continue to intake.
