How to Enable LaundroWorks as a Payment Option

Turn on LaundroWorks in Business Manager payment options using your Customer Key, Location ID, and POS Number.

To enable LaundroWorks as a payment option, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Payment Options:

    1. In your Business Management (BM) system, navigate to the payment options section.

  2. Enable LaundroWorks:

    1. Locate and turn on LaundroWorks as a payment option.

  3. Required Information:

    1. To complete the setup, LaundroWorks will ask you for the following details:

      1. Customer Key

      2. Location ID

      3. POS Number
        ​

    2. If you do not have this information readily available, you will need to reach out to the LaundroWorks support team for assistance.
