Pulse Dexter C-Series Dryer Install Guide

Note: The location of machine cables may differ for single vs stacked dryer configurations. For both machine configurations, a single Pulse is used.

  1. Power off the machine and open the machine.

  2. Identify the 6-pin male header labeled SERIAL COM on the Dexter control board.
    ​

  3. Using the 30-00963 harness, plug the female 6-pin connector into this header.

  4. Identify two leads (black and white) each with a male spade connector surrounded by a clear plastic covering. Using the 30-01339 harness, connect the female spade connector ends to these wires.
    ​

  5. Strip the 30-01339 Harness removing the 2 pin connector. Insert the leads into the AC terminals of the AC/DC Adapter. Using the 30-00899 harness, insert the leads into the DC terminals of the AC/DC Adapter.
    ​

  6. Plug in the male 2-pin connector from the 30-00899 harness into the female 2-pin connector on the 30-00963 harness.

  7. Using the adhesives on the back of the Pulse, attach it to the back of the machine with the antenna pointed into open air. Connect the Cents harness to the Pulse. Ensure the LEDs on the Pulse are illuminated.
