  • All pickup & delivery order-related emails are sent to the Business Email (one-email). In order to setup email forwarding whether to Co-Owners, General Managers, etc. simply follow the below links based on your email type to forward the following automated email notifications

    • Examples of Automated Emails

      • New Order (Own Drivers)

      • New Order (Gig-Economy)

        • Unable to Deliver

      • Rescheduled Order by Customer

      • Cancelled Order by Customer

      • Skipped Recurring by Customer

      • Cancelled Recurring by Customer

      • Overdue Order (not completed by turnaround time)
